She & HER×GoHighLevel Prepared for the HighLevel partnerships team
A Strategic Partnership Proposal · Built for GoHighLevel · 2026

The net-new engine, built for GoHighLevel.

Founder-sourced trial signups and paid MRR from the small-business communities your acquisition can't reach — plus the live case study to repeat it.

The Offer

HighLevel was built for small businesses. So is my pipeline.

Your co-founders built HighLevel because agency owners couldn't afford HubSpot or Salesforce — and your hardest number isn't the base, it's net-new trials that convert to paid MRR in audiences you can't reach organically. That's the exact gap I'm built to close. I bring a founder-to-founder pipeline of small businesses, a conversion method proven at scale, and a live case study — me, taking She & HER from zero to one on your stack, in public. Here's what that looks like.

Pipeline

An ICP-aligned flow of founders, agencies, and small businesses — companies, not clicks — from communities your acquisition can't touch, routed to my She & HER affiliate link.

A method

Behavioral-economics conversion — the lever that turns a free 30-day trial into a paying subscriber, proven at Xbox scale (Section 03).

Reach

A dated slate of founder-dense stages I'm speaking at and events I'm hosting through November — where a peer referral converts the way trust converts.

A case study

A founder going 0→1 live on HighLevel, documented as a repeatable proof — and back-end support in your community, the use-case role you already run.

How to read this

This is built specifically for HighLevel — it uses your partnership model (affiliate + a deliverables-based flat fee + a performance ramp on trials and MRR) and points it at the one thing that model is supposed to move: net-new subscribers, and the conversion behind them. The events, the method, and the use-case role are all shaped around that.

02
The Use Case — Who I Am

I'm not a promoter. I'm your use case.

She & HER is a community-based dating app for the sapphic community that launched at NYC Pride on June 28 as the only brand carrying the official NYC Pride logo, with national press. But what makes this work isn't the app — it's that I'm exactly who HighLevel was built for: a founder taking a company from zero to one without the budget for a marketing team, using your stack to do it. When I talk about HighLevel from a stage, it lands because I actually use it — not because I'm paid to say so.

Built, not bought

Desirée Mayon is a data scientist and product leader with 15+ years in ML across Google, Microsoft/Xbox, Etsy, and Nordstrom — the platform is engineered in-house.

Backed infrastructure

Active partner in NVIDIA Inception, AWS Activate, and Google for Startups Cloud — the startup programs of three of the largest tech companies in the world.

Lean by design

A ~10-person team with an external brand studio — exactly the small, high-reach operator HighLevel was built to serve, running the whole stack from the inside.

The use case is me — a founder, and every lens I carry

A startup founder, and all of it at once: Black, Latina, queer, sapphic, HBCU grad, data scientist, and more. Those lenses are doorways into rooms your acquisition can't buy its way into — including the affluent small-business owners at places like Martha's Vineyard, whose use cases most people never build for. The brand travels with me into those rooms, and the audience follows the She & HER journey — built live on HighLevel — right back to your tool.

“People don't trust a company rep pitching the tool. They trust a founder they can see using it — going zero to one, in public, on HighLevel.”

03
The Method — The How

The how has a name: behavioral economics.

Everyone reads the funnel. Nobody layers behavioral economics on top — asking about affordability and fit conversationally, in a way that reads culture and feeling, not just numbers. That's what turns a free trial into a paid subscriber in markets a cold funnel can't reach. For HighLevel, where the whole model runs on trial→paid conversion and recurring MRR, it's the single biggest lever nobody in your category is pulling.

Proof it works — at Xbox scale

At Xbox, Desirée worked on converting Xbox Cloud Gaming (xCloud) users from free trials into paid Game Pass across emerging markets — the same regions Microsoft pushed cloud gaming into (India, Latin America, and beyond) to remove the $300–500 console barrier. The lever wasn't discounting; it was rewriting the onboarding questions with cultural and behavioral context so people converted willingly. Leadership's response was, essentially — "I didn't think of it like that." That is the exact motion HighLevel needs on the 30-day trial.

The evidence: how you ask moves the number

This isn't a hunch. Decades of behavioral-economics research show that reframing the ask — not the offer — is one of the largest levers on conversion there is.

42%→82%
conversion when a choice is reframed from opt-in to opt-out — same people, same offer, only the framing (Johnson & Goldstein, Science, 2003)
+23%
conversion lift from adding social proof — cited as the most powerful principle in e-commerce conversion
+20%
sales lift from framing a price as "savings" rather than a discount — pure framing, same dollars
04
The Slate

The dated slate — where the net-new comes from.

This is the breakdown your events team asked for: what I'm speaking at versus hosting, with dates, size, and audience. Every one is dense with the founders, agencies, and small-business owners HighLevel is built for — and each is a set of trusted nodes, not a list of impressions.

Always-on reach behind the slate

NYC Pride — launched & banked

2M+ · CRM in hand+
Launched June 28 as the only brand carrying the official NYC Pride logo (2M+ attendees, 75,000 marchers, 60 floats — North America's largest Pride), with national press and the event's full CRM and audience data now in hand. Hundreds of LGBTQ+-owned vendors and event businesses — access already secured.

Partner Network — active now

5 metros · 50+ events/yr+
A working roster across NYC, Houston, Atlanta, Oakland, and Chicago — venues, event producers, creative agencies, and LGBTQ+-owned SMBs collectively running 50+ events a year. The core HighLevel profile: local service and event businesses, most with no marketing stack at all.

FAANG alumni founder networks

Tens of thousands+
Tens of thousands of big-tech alumni founders across Xoogler and ex-Microsoft/Xbox communities — concentrated in the pre-seed and seed segment, used to evaluating tools on the merits. Founder-to-founder introductions close at unusually high rates.

WorldPride Amsterdam

1M+ visitors+
1M+ visitors over the two-week WorldPride programme (July 25–Aug 8, 2026); 500,000–750,000 at the Aug 1 Canal Parade — a global small-business-owner audience, with London Pride and the WNBA season running alongside.

The AI Conference

5,500+ builders+
5,500+ engineers, researchers, and founders in San Francisco; Desirée speaks on production ML. Technical founders building early-stage companies — strong product, no GTM stack.

Every number above is the floor — not the reach

A 40,000-person conference isn't 40,000 impressions — it's 40,000 trusted nodes, each carrying their network, in communities that watch and follow them. This is the behavioral economics of reach.

92%
trust a recommendation from someone they know — above every other form of advertising (Nielsen)
more likely to buy when a peer refers them; word of mouth drives 5× the sales of a paid impression
~150
close ties per person (Dunbar) — these founder nodes carry a second-degree network in the millions
05
On Followers

You'll notice my follower count. Here's the number that matters more.

I won't pretend to have a huge following yet — but followers are the easy thing to chase and the hard thing to keep. Reach is the opposite, and it's already here. Straight from my own Instagram, trailing 30 days: a small follower base is throwing off views and reach many times its size — and most of it lands on people who don't follow me yet. That's the gap a follower count can't show, and exactly what HighLevel's engine is built to convert.

1,453
followers on @desiree.mayon — the number you'll notice first
26.1K
views in the last 30 days — roughly 18× my follower count
8,718
accounts reached in the last 30 days — about my followers
61.6%
of those views come from people who don't follow me — pure net-new reach

And it climbs every time I show up — a Fox Soul segment, a mainstage talk, a single reel at 10.6K views. The reach isn't mine alone, either: Pamela Holmes (@pamelaholmess) — a verified Wilhelmina model on the She & HER team, ~6K engaged followers across Vogue Runway and the NYC/London fashion world — brings her own audience into every activation we run. What's missing isn't reach — it's the consistency and ebb and flow of an engine to compound it into a following, and into a real B2B and B2E funnel. That engine is HighLevel — so the follower gap isn't the counterargument, it's the case study you get to watch close, live, on your stack.

Reach I already have HighLevel: consistency & ebb-and-flow A following that compounds B2B + B2E funnel

The Net-New Lift

What the lift actually looks like.

Cold acquisition spends impressions on strangers who don't trust you yet — expensive, low-converting, blind to the markets with the most upside. Route the same intent through a trusted node and reframe the trial ask with behavioral economics, and the curve bends. That gap — between a cold impression and a trusted, well-framed trial ask that converts to paid MRR — is the net-new lift.

the same net-new intent, two ways to reach it → low COLD ACQUISITION paid impression → a stranger the lift TRUSTED NODE + BEHAVIORAL ECON peer referral → a well-framed trial ask 92% trust · 4× buy · 5× sales

Warmer top

Reach that arrives pre-trusted — a peer in the room, not a banner — so the same spend starts far higher up the trial curve.

Sharper ask

Behavioral-economics framing on the trial itself — the difference between a curious visitor closing the tab and becoming paid MRR.

Compounding tail

Referred subscribers refer the next one. The lift isn't a spike — it's a flywheel that lowers acquisition cost every cycle.

06
The Partnership

Your model — pointed at net-new.

This runs on the structure Natalie laid out, adopted as-is: I'm an affiliate and a contracted partner, in one agreement. My She & HER affiliate link is already live — the frame below is just how I'd deliver against it.

Affiliate
40%

Recurring commission on every paid subscriber through the She & HER link — already active on my account.

Flat fee
Monthly

A deliverables-based flat fee to drive traffic and produce content, paid monthly (proposed figure in Section 07).

Performance ramp
Mo. 1 → 2+

Month 1 is deliverables only, no goals, fee upfront. Trial + MRR targets start month 2 and run the contract (3 mo–1 yr).

What I bring

  • A named, ICP-aligned net-new pipeline.Founder-to-founder introductions routed to my affiliate link — companies, not clicks.
  • The behavioral-economics trial→paid method + a live case study. The freemium→paid lever applied to your product, documented as a repeatable playbook.
  • The back-end use-case role. The model you already run: I'm the use case, supporting small businesses inside your community and filling the gaps — see Section 07.
  • Event-sourced reach + co-built workshops.HighLevel carried through my activation slate, plus workshops your biz-dev team produces and blasts to the community with my link.

What I'd want from HighLevel

  • Market me — launch me as the human use case.Put me out front as Desirée, founder of She & HER, naming the thing every small business feels: "you've got a great tool and a great idea, but you can't afford a marketing firm." I map the 0→1 logic that solves it — and carry it to audiences who move on behavioral economics, where DEI isn't a platitude but a way into markets that actually have the means. You market me as the use case; I bring HighLevel the rooms.
  • The deliverables-based flat fee + affiliate structure.Exactly as scoped — the fee calibrated so month-2 goals are hittable and grow on renewal.
  • A product-team seat for the audit.Access to walk the onboarding / user journey with your product team, so the use-case build is documented content — not bolted on.
  • Event support on the slate.Swag, a booth or on-site rep where it fits, and a speaker slot on the flywheel at the larger events — plus a custom landing page + QR carrying the 30-day trial.

The short version

You keep the model exactly as it is; I aim it at the net-new trials and MRR you can't reach organically — and hand you the case study and the community support to repeat it. Not sponsored posts, not payment for reach — a founder who converts.

07
Investment & Pilot

The use-case role, the deliverables, and the ask.

The heart of this — and the piece your team flagged with the back-end use-case partner — is that I'm the customer, in public. Alongside the events, I'd take a documented onboarding and user-journey audit from a product leader's seat, turning the confusing 0→1 setup into a followable journey, and support small businesses inside your community the way your existing use-case partner does — filling the pockets of people you miss.

Deliverables beyond events

  • Net-new sign-ups & conversions.Trials → paid subscribers through the She & HER link, sourced from every space I'm in.
  • HighLevel in every room.Carried into all my stages and events — and on-site as your use case wherever you'd like me representing the brand.
  • Bi-weekly "0→1 on HighLevel" lunch & learns.A recurring live series showing a startup built on GoHighLevel — and only GoHighLevel.
  • Founder-journey content + community support.Documenting the build with my affiliate link, plus back-end help for small businesses in your community.
  • Onboarding / UX audit + workshops.A product-leader teardown of the 0→1 journey as content, plus co-hosted workshops when needed.
Proposed flat fee — initial 3-month term
$5,000 / month

Covers the full slate above — sign-ups & conversions, HighLevel carried into every room I'm in, the bi-weekly lunch & learns, content, and the use-case role. Sized so the month-2 trial + MRR goals are hittable out of the gate — the starting point you advised, not a grandiose number that misses and doesn't renew. It steps up on renewal toward $7.5K–$10K as performance proves out.

+ 40% recurring commission on every paid subscriber  ·  + event & workshop add-ons scoped per activation

Start with a campaign, not a big commitment

We prove it before anyone commits at scale. AfroTech in November — mainstage plus the Insiders program, dense with minority-owned SMBs — is the natural anchor; NYC Pride is already banked with the CRM data in hand; the Martha's Vineyard week in August is the near-term window. Each is a measurable net-new campaign with its own trial + MRR target, so your leadership sees the units, where they came from, and how they were produced — before the deal goes deep.

08
Why HighLevel

I had other offers. I want to build with you.

HubSpot offered 90% off and a dedicated engineering team to build out a use case — but they're an enterprise company that doesn't need net-new the way you do. I chose HighLevel because you're built for small businesses and because I want what I build to be sustainable. A small business signs up for one platform — so I'd rather go all-in with the partner who moves with the most conviction and make you the case study everyone else wishes they'd signed.
